Organelle specific dyes capable of generating reactive oxygen species (ROS) when irradiated with low energy light. These dyes work by both the Type I (superoxide production) and Type II (singlet oxygen production) photodynamic therapy (PDT) mechanisms.

Mark-Mito ROS
Boron dipyrromethenes referred to as Bodipy or BDP are a class of dyes exhibiting intense absorption and emission within the visible region of the electromagnetic spectrum. Green BDP offers intense absorption and emission properties along with high molar absorptivity and high quantum efficiency.
BODIPY-NHS Ester-ROS
Allows for easy covalent attachment to primary and secondary antibodies. Results in targeted fluorescent probes which act as photosensitizer.
MarkER-ROS
Organelle localized ROS production.
