Note: When applicable, please provide your address in the language of your country to minimize delivery errors. You may also use your organization’s standard order form or download Biodye’s Order Form and send it via email.
Please note that Biodye is closed on weekends and on the following U.S. holidays: New Year’s Day; Presidents’ Day; Memorial Day; Independence Day; Labor Day; Thanksgiving (Thursday and Friday); and Christmas Day.
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD). Prices may be converted to other currencies based on the exchange rate at the time of the invoice, by mutual agreement. Freight costs and any special packaging charges will be added to the invoice after shipment. Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to factors beyond our control. In the case of significant price changes, we will notify you before processing your order. Written price quotations are valid for 30 days upon request.
Our payment terms are net 30 days for approved customers. Payments must be made in U.S. dollars (USD) and payable at a U.S. bank. We accept payments via check, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, electronic funds transfer, or wire transfer. For banking information, please contact us at team.biodye@gmail.com. All payments should be directed to Biodye, and invoices must be paid in full by the due date unless prior arrangements have been made.
Shipping and handling fees will be determined at the time of shipment based on the specific temperature requirements for storing our products and the recommended shipping methods for your order.
Products may be shipped at temperatures that differ from their recommended storage conditions. While most of our products remain stable at room temperature for several days, we advise storing them in a refrigerator or freezer to inhibit microbial growth and extend their shelf life.
Certain materials cannot be returned. Please obtain prior authorization before returning shipments. Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) requests must be made within 30 days of receiving the materials by contacting our returns department at team.biodye@gmail.com. A 20% restocking fee applies to authorized returns of standard catalog items, with a minimum charge of $10.00.
ACCEPTANCE: All sales are subject to these terms and conditions, and acceptance is contingent upon the buyer’s agreement. Any variation must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative of BioDye.
PAYMENT: Payment terms are net 30 days from the date of shipment unless otherwise stated. Payments must cover the invoiced amount plus any applicable bank charges. Late fees may apply to overdue invoices, and if Biodye has concerns about the buyer’s financial condition, delivery may be postponed without notice.
CHANGES: Orders may only be amended by a written agreement signed by both parties. The buyer may not cancel an order without written consent from BioDye, which may incur cancellation costs, including storage and shipping.
DELIVERY, CLAIMS, DELAYS: All sales are F.O.B. BioDye’s shipping point. If shipping and handling charges are included, they are in addition to actual freight costs. Delivery to the carrier constitutes delivery to the buyer, and the buyer assumes all risk of loss during transit. Upon receipt, the buyer must inspect the goods and report any shortages or damages within five days; otherwise, acceptance of goods is presumed.
BioDye is not liable for any delays or failures due to circumstances beyond its control, including natural disasters, labor disputes, or inability to obtain necessary materials.
ALLOCATION OF GOODS: In cases of limited supply, BioDye may allocate goods among buyers at its discretion, without liability for failure to perform.
